As a Hospitality Management Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of the operational and strategic management of a hotel establishment.
You will participate in an intensive 20-month training program designed to develop your skills in leadership, operations management, and customer service.
All under the direct supervision of experienced hotel managers.
They will guide you in coordinating daily activities, optimizing work processes, and maintaining high-quality standards within the establishments.
Job content:
- Explore various hotel departments, including reception, catering, marketing, finance, etc., to gain a comprehensive understanding of their operations;
- Participate in various unique projects and contribute to hotel development;
- Bring innovative ideas and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services;
- At the end of the program, you will be entrusted with greater responsibilities within the hotel industry;
- There is a possibility of becoming a permanent member of Nestia Hospitality Group.

- A period of approximately four months within Nestia Hospitality Group departments: marketing, sales, human resources, revenue management, and finance;
- A flexible period of approximately four months.
