Newsletters – emails

If you receive newsletters or e-mails from us, it is to inform you about the projects for which you have requested information or for similar products. You gave us your consent by ticking the box yourself that you would like to receive the newsletter and promotions by e-mail. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of each e-mail. You always have the right to withdraw your consent. This can be done by unsubscribing to the e-mail, or by e-mailing us at info@nestiahospitality.com. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal.

Your name, mail address, language and postal code are obviously indispensable personal data to collect. In principle, we receive this information from you. However, if you chose to register via a social media account, we received this data via the social media.  We therefore recommend that you read the privacy policy of the Social Medium you use and indicate which data they are allowed to pass on to third parties like us, and for what type of processing. If you did not give your Social Medium permission for the recipient to pass on your data to affiliated companies, we will ask your permission for this again.

We also collect information about what you already received of information, whether you opened it, whether you clicked on any of the links, and other metadata, and will also expand this in the future with what is technically possible. This data is stored with processors (mail software providers). We will continue to mail you until you indicate, by unsubscribing, that you no longer wish to receive anything. The idea of buying real estate as a second home or investment keeps many people busy, and can often only result in a purchase after 5 or 10 years. Therefore, we keep your data for 5 years after your last contact with our company.

Great that you are considering applying for a position with us. We will of course save your CV and related correspondence, and note what you told us during any interviews. We will also pass your application and the information obtained in the process on to Affiliated Companies, should it turn out that your profile may be more suitable for them. Data processing is done via our CRM system provider.
